Employment Legal Solutions Ltd was set up by David Denovan-Smith in 2004 to provide employment law expertise to business, particularly around Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.

David's motivation for Employment Legal Solutions is to provide a quality niche alternative to the traditional law firm - offering the same level of expertise often only found in the larger regional and city law firms - with a focus on human resources. Thus combining skills and expertise to provide complete, tailor-made legally compliant HR services to small and medium-sized business.

Employment Legal Solutions is flexible and local - we are therefore able to be more business responsive. Years of experience in working with a variety of business has also given us a commercial sensitivity and appreciation of the many demands on modern business. We acknowledge the fact that technical legal issues are very often just part of the overall business context. We aim therefore to understand your particular context as well as removing as much of the burden of legal compliance and HR technicalities as possible.

Lawyers tend to hear from business only when things go wrong. We aim to provide a comprehensive and supportive service in these cases, but also offer a range of services to help you prevent HR problems and legal challenges arising in the first place.
